Behold one of the most beautiful & vibrant quilts I've made and notice how it doesn't look vibrant!! I broke my cheapy camera- which worked pretty well- I dropped it! :( This is my daughter's cheapy and it is cheapy! So, I've started shopping for a new camera and want to know if you like yours! I have been partial to Canon. I owned a SureShot in my college years and bought a Rebel just before I really used digital. I am thinking a digital Rebel or PowerShot. What's your opinion??

I love looking at your quilts and find them, and the fabrics you use and the fabric combinations, very inspirational! Regarding cameras, my partner has a Canon G9 Powershot which he loves, and I have a Pentax A40 which is absolutely fantastic, and idiot-proof :o)
Oh I wont recommend mine. Its a pentax. It takes terrible photos too.
Wish I see see the colours in yor quilt. It looks lovely...
wel, you do LOVE your fabric, like quilt home says. Congrats on your win at Quilt Home....they are super nice people, I've visited them twice with a will call to pick up fabric.
Camera... I have a Nikon D90, and it takes nice photos. (got it from Ritz Cameras online.) I am happy with spending the extra$ to get a camera that doesnt have a delay in shutter release when you press the trigger. go with a DSLR. Canon Rebel is a good camera also.
I have both a Rebel and a SureShot and I LOVE them both!!! I highly recommend. I just found your blog through the quilthome newsletter (congrats on the giveaway) and am anxious to spend more time on it.
Canon, Canon, Canon...must say I am a Canon junkie..I've owned the RebelTi (35mm)and now have the Canon 20D...absolutly love the
20D! Its totally idiot proof with several options for shooting various situations (sports/close ups/landscape/night/no flash!!!) Selling it to upgrade to a 7D!!! Thinking of going pro-am!!!
